1. Maintenance- will happen, best as scheduled

2. Planning- plan ahead with scheduled maintenance, and flying hours involved ( whether you fly or rent out your aircraft- do you have a cost matrix set up- do not become surprised about the cost to fix things...

3. Physiology- are you able to fly- and fly it to the Maintenance base/location

4. Judgment- do you need this new part/ spare part/ replacement item?

5. Physics/Philosophy- how are you planning to fly, low level, high level, wing stress etc.

6. Judgment- you better ensure your aircraft is maintained and inspected correctly

7. Skill- can you do it yourself/ A+P license owner?

8. Physics- professional work and knowledge about Maintenance

9. Maintenance- there is no way around it, it ill happen and it will cost
